    Parameter survey:

    To ensure most requirements in production data from clients, at first of all, we will supply a basic data list to fill in by clients. E.g press tons or max billet diameter.

    Technical proposal:

    We own a strong team in technology and manufacturing. To offer best customized technical proposal by many times meeting with clients, and also various inspection in clients’ production line.

    Materials purchasing:

    Using primary brand from foreign and domestic supplier for electric system, e.g. high stability and high precision ABB inverter; protection unit, contactor, intermedia relay from SCHNEIDERThe all action and control are all managed by PLC from SIEMENS. Control panel is used touch-screen from SIEMENS and buttons from SCHNEIDER.

    Mechanical process:

    we own welding robot and fiber laser cutting machine are exported from overseas, those machine will ensure higher quality and precision in mechanical procedure and also improve automatic level in process.

    Procedure inspection:

    We built a better quality management system to manage well the whole process from design, purchase, fabrication, assembly, debugging to after-service etc.

    QC dept will inspect strictly all quality range of pipes, hose, valves, wire lines, welding, assembly etc. so as to ensure higher quality level for each one.

    Packaging protection:

    Our company maintains a strict and responsible attitude from the first step of design to the last link, We The all packaging is inspected strictly and transport feedback from clients, we used better and more safety packaging for long time transport on sea.

    Safety inspection:

     After confirming that the customer's site foundation is completed in accordance with the drawings, we will arrange 2 engineers to arrive at the customer's site for assembly.  At the same time, the customer needs to arrange 2-3 technical personnel familiar with the equipment to assist the assembly on site.  

    The assembly of the quenching system is usually completed in 15-20 working days, and the assembly of the handling system is completed around 60 days.

    Job training:

    After the successful trial operation of the equipment, our engineers will train 3-4 equipment operators and related equipment management personnel of the customer on operation, operation and maintenance. The training will be completed after it is confirmed that they have mastered both practice and theory.

  • How to maintaining equipment? What’s the process to purchase spare parts?

    We will send you a complete “Planned maintenance table”( pls view the below) which is listed the maintenance details range of day, month, year etc. if it need to purchase spare parts, pls send requirements to our company e-mail box at savesb@save-sb.com or call our service phone No. at 181 2873 1305 at any time. We warranty to feedback at first time after getting messages, normally we promise to send out the spare parts by courier next day at most.
